A drawing studio is the interface between the students and their drawing. It needs to be well managed, well equipped and well stocked. The following chapter highlights the necessary materials required for such a drawing studio.

The significance of most of these items is obvious (paper, eraser etc). However, the success of a class can depend greatly on exactly what kind of equipment is being used. For example, when left to their own devices, it is common that students bring the wrong type of paper to class.
